Schedule a Delivery or Pick up

Overview


Brandfox has updated the online appointment scheduling system,

Opendock. Your Carriers will be able to schedule Inbound appointments for our
warehouse and many others at www.opendock.com.

How to Use OpenDock Nova

  • Click “Carrier Login” in the upper right corner
  • Click “Register”

  • Enter your name and e-mail and create a password

  • Click the “Find Warehouse” button and search for “Brandfox”

  • Click the Schedule button next to the correct location
After clicking the schedule button, you will be asked questions to help find an appointment for our facility.

Common questions are:

  • Load Type
  • Reference Number
  • PO #

After selecting your Load Type and choose your desired date and appointment time, fill in any
other details and finalize the appointment. It will be scheduled with the warehouse while
sending you a confirmation e-mail with all necessary appointment details.

For questions regarding scheduling appointments for inbound deliveries or freight pick ups, please contact receiving@brandfoxllc.com.

Drivers MUST have a BOL in hand for freight pickups. 

Effective May 9, 2022:

  • Appointments must be scheduled online at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Phone calls, emails, and other requests for appointments will no longer be accepted.
  • Brandfox reserves the right to refuse a delivery if this has not been scheduled in advance.
  • If an unscheduled delivery is accepted, additional time may be needed for receiving.
