Sales by SKU Report

The Sales by SKU Report is used to understand the amount of inventory and the estimated time until inventory is sold out in each of your warehouses. It also includes an overview of sales information for the SKU regardless of which warehouse received the order.

Inventory and sales information includes FBA inventory, sales, and the estimated time until inventory is sold out. Users can search within the report, show/hide columns, and export the report as a CSV file.

To refresh daily data, click the here button at the top of the report.

Creating a Defined Sales Period

In addition to seeing sales in the last 7, 30, 60, 90, or 365 days, you can also define your own sales period. By default, the sales period is set at 365 to 335 days ago. Users can adjust these dates by visiting My Account > Settings in the Dashboard.

HELP! The Sales by SKU Report doesn't match my Sales Channel Report!

• Problem: The number of sold value for a particular SKU in ShipHero does not match the number of sold in your connected store (Shopify, eBay, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.).
• Cause: The Sales by SKU Report in ShipHero has not been refreshed and is showing a past snapshot.
• Solution: Go to Reports > Sales By SKU in the Dashboard and refresh the report.
