How to Prevent Old Orders Importing from Shopify

When first connecting your Shopify store, you have the option to choose which orders to not import.

1. Go to My Account > Stores.
2. Select Settings for your Shopify store.
3. In the Do not import orders before this order id field, enter a Shopify order ID from the most recent order in the system. (See below on how to find the order ID.)
4. Select Save Settings.

How to Find a Shopify Order ID

The order ID is visible as part of the URL when viewing an order in your Shopify Admin Panel. Note that the order ID is NOT the order number.

In the following example URL, the Shopify order ID is the final string of numbers highlighted in blue:
