How to Request a Shipping/Freight Quote
Please have a corresponding order in the WMS when requesting a quote. This will ensure we have all the needed information to provide an accurate and timely quote. If you do not wish the order to ship yet, please place the order on Operator Hold so it is not released for processing.
To request a shipping quote, email your request to our Client Success team at partner@brandfoxllc.com and include the following information:
- WMS Order #
- Requested Service
- Any special requirements or notes that will assist in obtaining a quote
PARCEL SHIPMENTS
Quotes for parcel shipments can be expected within 24 business hours.
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Quotes for parcel shipments can be expected within 24 business hours if the dims and weight of the shipment are provided. If this information is not available, it may take up to 72 business hours to provide a quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
If shipping internationally please ensure all customs information is updated before requesting a quote as this information has the potential to change the quoted provided.
Due to the customs process, we recommend using USPS for international shipments as it reduces the amount of overall issues with customs, taxes and duties.
